    I took a round pan from my USA trip with me on which stands 8 1/2 – 2. Should be in the same order as you described? If I put it in on I get 21.59 cm and 5.08 cm. Is that right? Thank you a lot.

    I have a recipe from the UK that calls for a 25cm X 30cm Swiss Jelly Roll Pan. I can’t find that size, even on Amazon. Can I use a 10” X 15” jelly roll pan?
